With the completion of the Costa Toyo project, the Fadesa group with Ricardo Martínez López, attached to the Directorate, consolidated their presence in the Community of Almeria, where they carried out a total of 1,0410 homes in different activities scheduled on the Costa del Sol.
The project consists of 705 homes, between 62 chalets and 643 apartments, and was developed over an area of 123,768 square meters, next to an eighteen hole golf course and an area of almost 631,000 square meters.
Once the Mediterranean Games were completed, the complex designed for use by athletes and their companions was transformed into a residential complex. Its constructions conformed to the traditional architecture model of the area, based on Mediterranean-style buildings, with low density structures and an environment endowed with large green areas and recreation.
